Envy Photos – Return & Refund Policy (Australia Only)
At Envy Photos, we stand by the quality of our photo prints. We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind, customer errors, or any other reason.
Returns for Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains a defect, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
To request a return:
- Email us at envydg@gmail.com
- Include your order number
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Attach photos showing the defect or damage
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is faulty or damaged upon delivery
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders made by the customer
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at envydg@gmail.com.
International Orders
We only sell and ship within Australia. We do not support orders or returns for customers outside Australia, including the European Union. The EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
